MGF mails or emails a receipt to each donor for each gift.

We will be sending a summary of the previous year's donation to our individual partners as soon aspossible after each year begins. This report will include everything necessary to qualify as a substantiation of your deductible contributions for Federal tax purposes.

Send your check and a short note, or use our downloadable Mail Donation Form, indicating you have misplaced your receipt. Please indicate your name, address, and the missionary's name and/or project that you desire to support. If you know your donor number from a prior receipt, please include it on your current check and/or note.

Your statement will include a line item for your monthly gift with a a donation total and a year-to-date total. Online donations will receive an email donation form. If you would prefer this mailed, please complete the Mail Donation Form.

Yes. MGF uses PayPal, a leading Iternet payment gateway, to process all online transactions. Online donations to MGF missionaries and projects can be made using any major credit card, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. To make a donation, select the missionary or project name, along with the corresponding account number (if known). Then enter the amount you wish to donate in U.S. dollars and click "Donate." You will taken to the PayPal website to complete the transaction.

Yes. MGF uses PayPal, a leading Iternet gateway, to process all online transactions MGF does not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties. We distribute peronsally identifiable information about you within MGF only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which you have provided the information. For one time gifts, your account would be charged within a week of making the donation. For monthly recurring gifts, you can specify your gift to be made on the 8th or 22nd of each month.

If you have set up a recurring gift you will need to contact us right away if you change credit card accounts.

Yes. PayPal charges approximately 3% of your gift in service fees on all credit card processed gifts.

MGF is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit religious corporation.

MGF has an annual external audit. We also have a reputable board of directors. In addition we are members of ANAM (Association of North American Missions). Copies of our audited financial statements are available upon request.

Although MGF strives to use the money as to the preference indicated, Missionary Gospel Fellowship does have complete discretion and control over the use of all donated funds.

MGF uses 10% of the moneys receipted for administration expenses. This pays part of the costs of providing services to the missionary and supporting partners. These include receiving and managing gifts for their support, helping with income tax filings, recruiting and shepherding missionaries, helping with governmental requirements and the list goes on.

MGF maintains confidentiality of all donor records, including the identity of our partners. MGF does not share or rent our list of contributors or other names with any other organization.
