On December 1, 2009, Lynn Marie Obermiller was promoted to Glory by our God.

The doctors did an admirable job of helping Lynnae in every way possible. She was made comfortable and was peaceful during the last few days. A number of ladies came and encouraged Lynnae in the last few days, blessing Patti (her sister) also.

Lynn chose the name most of us know her by: Lynnae. Her friends and loved ones south of our US/Mexican border knew her as Lina. This is easier to pronounce and spell in Spanish. As always, she was trying to be helpful to others, even in the selection of a fitting name.

Lynnae joined MGF in January of 2004. Her ministry with MGF was mainly carried out in Baja California Norte, Mexico among children in orphanages, in camping programs and also in the Casa de Esperanza, a home for Abused Women and Children.

We already miss her. Knowing she is fully healed and with her Lord and Savior comforts us and we can joyously proclaim To God Be The Glory!
