David and Shirley joined MGF in 2001. Their ministry center serves all Christian churches in the greater Vancouver area. It offers year round information, referral services, and cross-cultural counseling. They also conduct seminars on evangelism, discipleship, mission, prayer, and leadership for clergy and lay people.

They have twin girls.
