Elwin & Arleah joined MGF in 1975. Doors have opened wide for them to minister and serve at the Baptist Church of the Redeemer in Tucson. Ministry in the Spanish church include: helping to strengthen and buildup the Sunday School, assisting and mentoring the pastor in his particular ministries, encouraging believers, and assisting in the music of the church.

Elwin also ministers at the West Ajo Baptist Church in music and helps with teacher training workshops, and helps build specific ministries.

Elwin also teaches and assists in Dietz Elementary School and Arcadia Elementary School in the after school Good News Club.

Also they minister in the Good News Clubs especially in the public schools , and home. Elwin serves as pianist and organist at the West Ajo Baptist Church. At times during the summer they coordinate VBSs, and host summer teams.

They've been in full ministry for 42 years and on the field for 38 years.
