Elwin & Arleah joined MGF in 1975. Doors have opened wide for them to minister and serve at the Baptist Church of the Redeemer in Tucson. Ministry in the Spanish church include: helping to strengthen and buildup the Sunday School, assisting and mentoring the pastor in his particular ministries, encouraging believers, and assisting in the music of the church.

Elwin also ministers at the Tucson Mountain Baptist Church in music and helps with teacher training workshops, and helps build specific ministries.

Also they minister as mentors and tutors to those who are teaching Good News Clubs and other children's ministries. Elwin serves as administrator in all capacities at Mission Park Baptist Church. Also Elwin serves a pianist and organist at Tucson Mountain Park Baptist Church, Mission Park Baptist Church, and Iglesia Bautista del Redentor. Also he serves on the Arizona Child Evangelism Fellowship State Board for the past 13 years.

They've been in full ministry for 44 years and missionary service for 39 years.
